30 DAY GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Barefoot Outfitters our aim is to make sure you’re a happy little camper, we understand from time to time some things may not be right and were here to help every step of the way.

Barefoot Outfitters offer a 30-Day Guarantee on your initial order with Barefoot Outfitters, opened or unopened. This guarantee applies to most items you have ordered and does not include shipping and handling fees. Please contact info@barefootoutfitters.com.au within 30-days from date of purchase. This is in addition to any rights or remedies which may be available to you under Australian Consumer Law if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee.

Barefoot Outfitters is committed to providing you with high-quality, no-compromise products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may be eligible to return the products for a refund under Barefoot Outfitters Satisfaction Guarantee.

If any product you have received from Barefoot Outfitters is damaged or defective, please contact us ASAP.

Barefoot Outfitters can Repair, Replace or Refund the products at no charge within 30 days from the invoice date. If claims are successful and there is no remedy is available, you may be entitled to a refund.

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Unfortunately things often get lost in the mail and Barefoot Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged product during the return process and therefore it is recommended articles are returned via post with tracking.

If eligible for a refund, Barefoot Outfitters will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged.
